Requesting Braille Appliance Markings

Technicians can mark the control knobs on gas ovens for the visually impaired. They use adhesive Braille dots to mark the dial in 100 degree increments. To request this service call 1-877-238-0092.

Requesting a Braille Bill

Residential customers may request a Braille bill by calling 1-877-238-0092 or by sending an email to customerservice@socalgas.com. Please include the name on the account, address and contact phone number in the email. 

My Account Accessibility

We are working with the Center for Accessible Technology (CforAT) to produce web pages that meet WCAG 2.0 AA priority, the international standard for web content. My Account web pages with the accessibility logo have met WCAG 2.0 AA priority and have been audited by CforAT. Learn more about My Account accessibility.

Requesting Accessible Documents

Customers who may be experiencing problems accessing the contents of a PDF document may request assistance by sending an email to webmaster@socalgas.com. SoCalGas will provide a reasonable alternative that conveys the information.
