Requesting Payment Arrangements
Avoid gas service shut-offs, which can lead to reconnection fees. If you need help paying your bill you can
- Request a one month payment extension using My Account (My Account registration required).
- See if you are eligible to spread the balance over three months, but you will also need to pay current charges as they become due. If you are interested in this option, please call us at 1-800-427-2200.
How to Use My Account for a One Month Payment Extension
- Log into My Account.
- From the My Account home page, click Assistance Programs.
- Click Payment Arrangements.
Haven't signed up yet for My Account?
My Account allows you to view and pay your bill online, schedule service orders, request payment arrangements and more. You will need your most recent gas bill to register.
