Small Business Equipment Rebates

Are you a smaller business looking for rebates on typical natural gas equipment -- like water heaters, boilers and washing machines? Take advantage of our Express Efficiency Rebate program.

Foodservice Equipment Rebates

Restaurants and other foodservice businesses should check out the Express Efficiency Rebate program, as well as the Commercial Foodservice Rebate Program, which offers rebates on qualifying ovens, fryers and more.

Commercial and Industrial Rebates and Incentives

Are you a commercial or industrial customer seeking to replace equipment or make process improvements to save energy? Consider these money-saving programs:

• Our Business Energy Efficiency Program offers equipment replacement and process improvement incentives and energy efficiency assessments and recommendations.
• If your business uses large volumes of natural gas in its operations and you expect to save greater than 200,000 therms annually, consider the Energy Efficiency for Large Commercial/Industrial Customers program.
• If you are designing new facilities or expanding existing premises, consider our Savings By Design program, which offers incentives for new facilities or expansion plans.
• Are you one of our existing industrial customers using 400,000 therms a year or more? You could receive a free energy evaluation by Department of Energy-qualified engineers through our Industrial End User program.

Rebates for Suppliers and Installers

Do you install energy-efficient equipment for other businesses? If the answer is yes, then you can help your customers save money by promoting energy efficiency measures through our Vendor Participation Program. This program allows suppliers and installers of insulation, steam traps, boilers and other qualifying products to apply for energy efficiency rebates on behalf of their customers.

*To qualify for a rebate, all purchase invoices or receipts must be dated between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. All rebate items must be purchased and installed prior to submitting an application for a rebate. Qualifying rebate applications must be postmarked by December 31, 2009 or earlier to be eligible.

This program is funded by California utility customers and administered by Southern California Gas Company under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. This program may be modified or terminated without prior notice and is provided to qualified customers on a first-come, first-served basis until program funds are no longer available. Southern California Gas Company is not responsible for any goods or services selected by the customer.
