Avoid gas service shut-offs, which can lead to reconnection fees and deposits.
My Account allows customers to request an extension of their payment due date online. Once you log onto My Account click Assistance Programs > Need More Time to Pay My Bill.
You will need your most recent gas bill to register.

You may also choose a Third Party (relative, friend, or social agency) to receive a copy of any shut-off notice that may be mailed to you. For more details, please complete and submit our Third Party Notification application request.
