  • If the issue involves magnification or color contrast, please specify how text magnification or visual display is affected.

Requesting Braille Appliance Markings

Technicians can mark the control knobs on natural gas ovens for the visually impaired. They use adhesive Braille dots to mark the dial in 100 degree increments. To request this service call 1-877-238-0092.

Residential customers may request a Braille bill by calling 1-877-238-0092. Please include the name on the account, address and contact phone number in the email.


Requesting a Large Print Bill

Customers can request a large print bill by calling 1-877-238-0092.


Accessible Documents

Screen reader users/ individuals with a degree of visual impairment, SoCalGas PDF documents have been remediated. Users that depend on screen magnification tools using the latest Adobe reader should be able to view and read PDF documents posted on the website.


Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Compliant Bills

Within My Account, you can enroll in ADA accessibility compliant bills for the blind and visually impaired using a Screen Reader or other Assistive Technology. Log in, sign up for paperless billing and go to Blind and Visually Impaired Bill Preferences to enroll and view your Gas bill online.
