David Buczkowski

David Buczkowski, Vice President, Gas Distribution

David Buczkowski is vice president, gas distribution for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas). He oversees all aspects of gas distribution operations and construction. 

Since joining SoCalGas in 2011, he has held various positions, including vice president of gas engineering and major projects and vice president of gas engineering and system integrity. 

Prior to SoCalGas, Buczkowski held engineering, project management, construction and operations roles with Shell Oil, Parsons and Fluor, working both domestically as well as on international assignments. 

Buczkowski serves on the board of directors for the Operations and Technology Development company. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
