Deana M. Ng, Vice President, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

Deana Ng is vice president and chief risk and compliance officer for the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a Sempra regulated California utility. She is responsible for the policy, governance, structures, processes and guidelines for the company's risk-management and compliance practices. Ng joined SoCalGas in 2011 as a senior regulatory attorney and has held roles of increasing responsibility in legal and operations, including SoCalGas’ director, major programs, and project controls.
