Gillian Wright, Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer

Gillian Wright is senior vice president and chief customer officer for the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a Sempra regulated utility. Wright oversees the integrated delivery of services to SoCalGas' 21 million residential, commercial, and industrial customers and six million meters, as well as customer programs for energy efficiency and customer assistance, and clean transportation services. Previously, Wright has been SoCalGas’ chief human resources, administrative and environmental officer and vice president of customer services. In her career she has had a variety of responsibilities including regulatory management, business and market development, biofuels development, gas procurement and carbon management.
