Jennifer Walker, Vice President, Customer Services and Digital Enablement
Jennifer Walker is vice president of customer services and digital enablement for Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a Sempra regulated utility. She oversees many of SoCalGas' customer-facing efforts, including customer operations, customer contact, remittance processing, advanced meters, and the implementation of technology innovations in customer services.
Previously, Walker was director of distribution planning and project management at SoCalGas. She has been at SoCalGas for more than 20 years and has held various operational roles across the company, including director of gas control and system planning and director of the Customer Contact Center.
Walker holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's in business administration, both from the University of Southern California.
