Jennifer Walker, Vice President, Customer Services and Digital Enablement
Jennifer Walker is vice president of customer services and digital enablement of the Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), a Sempra regulated utility. She oversees many of SoCalGas' customer-facing efforts, including customer operations, customer contact, remittance processing, advanced meters, and the implementation of technology innovations in customer services. Walker has been at SoCalGas for more than 20 years and has held various roles, including director of gas control and system planning, director of the Customer Contact Center and director of distribution planning and project management.
